Personal Service

We will never invest in automated phone answering services. You will never have to dial 0 for operator. 3 rings and someone picks up or returns the call within 2 hours.

No Advanced Payments

We never have and never will take advance payment. We believe in paying for a service after the benefit has been realized not before.

No Binding Contracts

We never have and never will bind a client via a contract that requires them to work with us. The owner has a cell phone with a Sprint subscription for two years that he wants to get out of but unwilling to pay the penalty. No client of ours will ever be in that position, if you find our service does not directly correlate to the value add, one call is all it takes to terminate the relationship (we'll make sure you never have to though).
